For reference, the financial contribution payable on each unfilled Emirati position is AED 10,000 per month.

Tokens
Each search uses one token, whatever the size of the shortlist it returns. Reviewing the evidence, writing the findings brief and sending the shortlist to the hiring manager are included. Refining a search and running it again uses a token; opening results you already have does not. A search that finds nobody to assess is not charged. Unused tokens do not carry over to the next month. Additional tokens can be added at any time: 100 for AED 350 or 500 for AED 1,500.
Sector depth
A sector pack adds profile depth for one sector and applies to every user on the subscription. Government and banking depth is included in the Team subscription. Property and real estate, hospitality and tourism, and media and creative packs are priced on request.

Market
Prepared on request for employers and government bodies. A management report, a quarterly supply map and a workforce utilisation view are quoted after a scoping meeting. Individual studies are quoted as a fixed fee, with the scope and the timing agreed before work begins.
After you subscribe
A walkthrough call on the first day, run by the founders, and hands-on help whenever you ask for it. Support is by email, and the founders are reachable directly. A Team subscription carries five seats; additional seats are not offered at present.
Terms of business
Subscriptions are billed monthly by invoice and can be cancelled with effect from the next billing month. Annual subscriptions are billed by invoice with two months' fee waived. No free trial is offered; the first paid month serves that purpose. Fees are stated in AED and exclude VAT.
Scope of service
taqat does not resell contact data obtained from brokers, does not place candidates, and does not provide a means of meeting Emiratisation targets other than through genuine hires.
